I don't hate Caina nor do I love it, but it seems most realistic for their relationship to be over for good. Then again, when has Gone ever been realistic?

Also, I think Diana is acting under the influence of Gaia, and even the best of people would panic finding out about their ex-girlfriend having a child (Diana had left Caine at that point already for reasons he didn't know, he thought she was going for Sam because he clearly has a brother complex) and not step up to the plate so I don't think Caine is in too much trouble.

And as for Caina...

I really don't understand how people still ship Caina after what happened in Plague, but after Fear it's obvious it won't happen, whether you ship it or not.

Fear showed us that somewhere deep down they still care about each other in some way. That isn't enough to rekindle their relationship.

I think it is to be honest. The only reason the relationship even ended is because of the gaiaphage and when they defeat the GP and Gaia I feel like they'll get back together.

No, they ended that moment in Plague when Diana was on the boat on the way back to PB and she smiled and shook her head and realised something she should have realized a long time ago. Caine is an asshole and she should not be with him
