I never really liked Duck, he was not so 'interesting' as the other deranged messed up characters, but it was good to read about another character so it didn't get boring from just reading about Sam, Astrid, Drake, and Lana etc...

Well i liked Duck because with out him alot of major charcter would have died But other then that he was not a important charcter and is dead now but i still need to say this

Thank you Duck for saving my 2 faviriot charcters ( Brianna and Edilio) without you i would have stopped reading the series at hunger.

I hate Duck! He's like my 5th least favorite character. He's so boring and uninteresting and has no personality. He always complains. I'm so glad he died D:<

To me Duck added a little unique normality to the group. Although he had a power, he wanted nothing more than to swim in his pool and ignore the insanity around him. He was brave in his own way because he tried to live an easy life without the worries everyone else had. Plus his power was pretty cool and came in handy in the end. It's probably the reason the GP is where it is.

Duck was a kind of cool character but I didn't get a lot of time to figure out what kind of person he was. But yeah I also think it would be cool if he made a surprise appearance in the other books.

He can only appear in Lights as he has not appeared in the other books!

i dont think he's coming back. the dirt would have started to fill in the hole he made and Duck would suffocate. or maybe he hit the barrier and it zapped him or something. or the radiation from the uranium killed him. but it was noble for him to sacrifice himself to try and kill the gaiaphage

i felt bad that human crew treated him the way they did, but he wasn't that interesting

I think Duck was an awesome character, he had so many layers to him; Like he was always such a calm person and didn't want to be part of any group, he wanted to save lives but didn't really want to be a hero, however, he proved underneath it all he was a true hero and died to save the lives of everyone, even those who tried to kill him. Moreover, he managed to master his power to a high extent faster than most people, even though he almost died finding it.

In my opinion his character was great and he was one of the nicest, wises and neutral characters in the Fayz.
