Everybody knows that Cake is the second best ship in the whole entire world (Collia being the best). Now I have proof on why it could actually happen.

Drake hates Diana and that is for the sole reason because Caine loves her to bits. Also, Caine kinda hates Drake now which makes him so sad. It upsets Drake so much that he wants to kill everyone because his best bud (and love of his life) doesn't have him as his second in command any more. See? It all makes perfect sense.
