In Hunger Computer Jack removes the electricity from Perdido Beach. Why doesn't he just go back and put it back on??

Does it have something to do with Caine removing the uranium or something??????

I think so. But I think there were more rods besides that single one, so I actually am not sure.

^ There were more, yes. It was said in Hunger they could see many.

They turned the cooling system off so nuclear power would be unsafe for them to use now anyway.
