This' really good! :) I'll love to see all your other art. The detail & texturing is great, and I love how Patrick looks. He's like all mellow, and you can see the blood under the neck. The gangrene looks very aptly gross (yes, take that as a compliment). Well done! :)

Although, personally I feel the eye could be maybe be angled slightly more down. But that depends on you I guess. And if you spent more time detailing the BG (Yea that would be a paiinn) i'm sure it'll look really fantastic. :) Good work!
