my brother and my dad had read it but I was bored one day so I got it out of the library and read it!

i had seen it in this thing in my school called the Sharing Library multiple times. there was always a copy. i didnt understand why so many people would give in that book for a new book, so i read the back cover. it interested me, so i read it, and fell in love with it.

There were loads of billboard things with posters for it and release dates for when it would be in my local book shop. When it came to that date I had just finished the book I was reading (Uglies by Scott Westerfeld) and thought I'd buy GONE because I liked the cover.

It was my friends birthday and someone had gotten her the first book of the gone series. After she started reading them she persuaded me too. Now im in love with the series !

I remember seeing an advert for reading it online on the side of a phonebox. I read it via the internet, then I bought the book because I thought that it was pretty awesome.

Well, this librarian came to my school before the end of the year last year and started fan-girling about this strange book, entitled 'Gone'. She showed us the book trailer, and I thought it sounded really interesting. I didn't get the book yet though. Then, when I did my annual summer book shopping in the beginning of summer, I saw the book. I asked my mom if I could get it, an then when she looked at the back of the cover she was like, "No. This book sounds scary." But I didn't give up. A few weeks later when I went to the beach, I went into this little book store and Gone was there, in the recommended books section. Again I asked my mom if I could get it, but they only had it in hardcover so she said no, and to wait until we get home so I could get it in paperback. Now, about 2 weeks after that, after begging and pleading with my mother to take me to Barnes and Noble, she finally did. I ran to the shelf where I saw it the last time, and it wasn't there. I was devastated. So then, I went up to one of those random people walking around that work there, and said, "Excuse me? Do you know where the Gone books would be?" Just in case they were moved or they had more in the back or something. So then, he said, "I LOVE THOSE BOOKS! I put them all on their own table in the front of the store!" So then he rushed me to the front of the store, telling me how amazing they are. That week, I went back to the store 3 times to get the rest of the books.

More than a month later, I was still fan-girlin about thing book. Then, on September 24, 2011, I looked up what Gaiaphage meant on Google. And it took me to this wonderful site :D

I Was in my libary we had to do some reading for english class, and it was either Gone or a book called fliped i choosed gone and the rest is history

(Btw whenever i get a new gone book, i always see the book called fliped somewhere.)

Lol,The mighty book store Gods are leading me towards it...
ill have to read fear and light first, i can't read a new book unless its part of series i am reading, or ill get the two plots/characters mixed up, thing happened with first gone book and first two books Chronicles of Anicent darkness i got them confused, had to reread it to make sure i didn't confuse something

I saw it at the library at school. It looked interesting so I read it. In 3 days lol.

How I met gone? Gosh I can't even remember how...not exactly anyways. I just know as a bookworm I am always searching Online Library databases and Bookworming sites for what's new out there. I happened to be browsing one such site one day when I saw a chapter Sample for Gone. It seemed really similar to 'The Tribe' a post-apocalyptic show I was really big into and I was immediately intrigued.

Sadly life got so hectic and I'm just now reading it, but at least I didn't forget it. That's the kind of impact that short sample had on me :)

I just finished the Hunger Games series, and I was looking for another Teen Fiction series so I asked on Yahoo Answers, and someone was REALLY ecstatic about this series, so the following day I bought a copy of Gone. The first time I brought it to school, I had about 20 people come up to me and tell me the guy on the cover was hot... (Sam) and probably 10 people came up to me and said that the series was AMAZING, which it DEFIANTLY is.

I love books and I was looking for something to read over the Easter break. Gone caught my attention and the cover looked cool so I borrowed it and loved it.
