Like Drake pushing his whip hand up your butt farther and farther until it comes out your mouth, then using you as a puppet, then twisting his whip in different ways which makes your body twist, causing various bones to snap, until you have so many broken bones that you die.

Wouldn't you just choke when the whip went through your throat? I am assuming that Drake doesn't care about your stomach acid eating away at his whip. But actually, I believe someone has done this before. Vlad the Impaler was a Romanian count who impaled several thousand of his own subjects in an attempt to terrify the invading Turks into retreat. He shoved long wooden stakes all the way through them, from their anuses out through their mouths, and then mounted a forest of these stakes in front of his castle. Some of the victims where captured Turkish prisoners of war, but most were Vlad's own citizens. Actually, some historians think that Vlad used dull stakes, so his victims would not die quickly from the stakes puncturing their internal organs, but slowly, as the end of the stake coming out their mouths pressed against their trachea, suffocating them. If he did that, some of the the prisoners might have lived for several days, and would still have been alive when the Turkish army found them there. Needless to say, the Turks immediately abandoned their campaign, and ran away, never to come back.

To be honest, I can see Drake using this more as a form of torture than as a murder device, as it would be too slow and not painful enough as a death.
Granted, it would be painful, but not as painful as I would imagine getting whipped would be. And even then, that didn't kill Sam.

Sorry, I meant not always, I was tired and had been reading to many 'Ways you could be dying without knowing it' lists, and most of them featured radiation. If everyone who was exposed to radiation got giant, bloody sores the cavemen would've worked out which rocks not to touch, sorry again.

i think a horrible way to die would either be by zekes, drake wipping you (like he did with Sam), the greenies plague eating you alive but not numbing you so you feel it or a combination of the 3. P.S i am not like Drake i do NOT take pleasure in hurting people i just have an overactive imagination also death by penny would be awful!!!!!!!!!!
