Who's the guy in front page of America's book cover?

I am so confused too now, I thought it was Quinn...but I guess it would make sense for either Drake or Quinn to be on the cover...

I'd have to agree with everyone else with this confusion. Drake's supposed to be sandy blonde...

Even if it is Drake on the cover, I don't think that will affect how I imagine him.

The person on the cover is Drake, even though he doesn't look like him at all (Drake is blond).

He's said to be sandy blonde a few other times somewhere in the books. But yeah he's blonde. Or so described in the books.

Hunger: Front, Caine and Diana. Back, Sam and Astrid (not to sure about that one)
Lies: Front, Sam and Astrid. Back, Brittney and Drake
Plague: Front, Drake and Astrid. Back, Brittney and Sam
Fear: Diana and either Quinn or Drake. Back, Dekka and Sam
